Carrier Qualification Requirements:

• Active MC Authority

Your company must have an active USDOT & MC number in good standing with the FMCSA.

• Minimum Insurance Coverage

$1,000,000 in Auto Liability

$100,000 in Cargo Insurance

Additional coverage may be required based on freight type.

• Completed Carrier Packet

All necessary onboarding documents must be filled out and submitted, including:

• Carrier Profile

Signed Broker-Carrier Agreement

W-9 Form

• Safety & Compliance Standards

Your company must meet FMCSA safety requirements and have a satisfactory safety rating.

• Factoring Company Details (if applicable)

If you use a factoring company, provide their contact information for seamless invoicing and payments.

• Reliable Communication

We require prompt response times and efficient communication to ensure smooth load coordination.
