  What You Need to Get Started with Our Dispatch Services:


To receive our professional dispatch services, you’ll need to have the following:


  • Active MC (Motor Carrier) Authority

Your trucking company must have an active USDOT and MC number authorized for operation.


  • Signed Dispatch Service Agreement

A contract outlining our services, terms, and pricing must be signed before we start working for you.


  • Carrier Packet & W-9 Form

We require a completed carrier packet and an up-to-date W-9 form for proper documentation.


  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Your insurance must meet FMCSA requirements, with at least:


$1,000,000 in Auto Liability

$100,000 in Cargo Coverage


  • Factoring Company Information (if applicable)

If you use a factoring company, provide their details so we can send invoices directly for faster payments.


  • Preferred Lanes & Equipment Details

Let us know what type of freight you prefer, your routes, and what kind of truck and trailer you operate (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.).
